A few things to know, and expect upon your first visit:

Brief Paperwork – Fill out our New Patient Form here! As you arrive for your appointment, our staff will have some forms for you to complete so that we can learn more about you and your condition.

Consultation - After you’ve completed your forms, your doctor will discuss your health-related concerns with you and will recommend potential treatment options for you.

Our Services - Recognized as a modern facility, Chiropractic Life Center offers a wide range of chiropractic techniques and services, including: - Spinal Adjustment - Massage Therapy - On-Site X-ray - SEMG (Surface EMG and Thermal Scan)

History and Examination - After discussing your condition with your doctor, you’ll undergo a number of specialized tests to determine which tissues are affected and to what degree. You may also have a specific and necessary high-speed digital x-ray evaluation taken to rule out more serious conditions or assist our team in designing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Home Instructions - Before you leave, your doctor will provide you with instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Schedule Your Next Appointment - Our staff will schedule a convenient appointment for your follow-up, which will typically be scheduled one to two days after your initial appointment. At this follow-up, your doctor will review the findings from your tests and X-rays and will also discuss treatment options. Thank you for considering our practice as your healing center!
